Last week, I took an eight hour road trip from Lille, France and drove all the way to….Berlin!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Germany can be best described as a forest. The entire country is covered in one big fat forest! This is so odd because how does one of the most powerful countries have absolutely nothing but trees for miles and miles???
Anyways the most interesting part about my entire 8 journey trip were the bathrooms. Anyone who knows me, knows I drink way too much water so I pee a thousand times a day (JK like 25). So during the 8 hour road trip, I had to pee about 5 times. Unfortunately using a public restroom meant paying $1 anytime I wanted to pee. So I spent $5 to excrete my waste in a toilet. On the road trip back to France, I decided to use the rest stop restrooms. I was #SURPRISED at what I saw. In America, rest stop restrooms are the bathrooms I expect to find if I were to ever visit hell. In Germany, they were cleaner than the restrooms of the library at Bucknell! I loved it, loved it, loved it.
Germany….the land of forests and clean toilets.
